Specialty Panels
 Our Polyboard panels have been specifically designed, engineered and manufactured to provide the most efficient product, in the most efficient form, to meet a diverse range of applications. All Polyboard panels can be ordered cut-to-size, and many can be edgebanded, notched and grooved.
INDUSTRIAL OVERLAYS
Phenolic Surface Film (PSF)
Lightweight, high-resin films predominately used on plywood cores with hardwood face veneers for multiple re-use concrete shuttering forms.
High-Density Overlay (HDO)
Similar in weight to PSF, but with a thicker base paper and slightly lower resin content for concrete shuttering that requires a high-quality finish.
Medium-Density Overlay (MDO)
Medium- to heavy-weight overlays that mask defects, minimize checking and provide an exceptionally smooth surface for siding, soffits and fascia; truck floors, sides and doors; and pre-primed sign blanks and billboards.
Polyester Laminates
Superior impact resistance without the brittleness of Melamine for a cost-effective alternative to high-pressure laminates in multiple high-use or institutional applications such as hospital cabinets, school lockers and desks, laboratories, store fixtures and office furniture.
CUSTOM ENGINEERED PANELS
The Spectrum Division of Timber Products Company will apply the expertise of the entire company in designing, engineering and manufacturing specialty panels for your specific needs. Two such panels were developed in direct response to customer inquiries.
VenCore Composite MDF/Veneer Core Panels
A smooth, flat surface for laminating provides excellent screw-holding power and machinability. Ideal for store fixtures, desk tops and other commercial or institutional applications.
TufDec, Laminated Decking
A non-skid floor material for low-wear applications such as stage decking, containers and walkways.
